amoureux dans un temps dangereux + Petite Grandeur suzanne dÉry & Justin Stephens / Amoureux dans un temps dangereux is a collaborative installation assembled by Justin Stephens and Suzanne Déry. Humour and a keen sensibility for one another’s work intermix that which is normally separated by an invisible line as the artists’ studio resonates throughout the gallery. This exhitbion is presented in collaboration with OFF BIENNALE MONTREAL. Pierre-luc Brouillette focuses on the forgotten spaces, those tucked away under staircases and hiding in the corners of architectural amplitude. Petite Grandeur is assembled in situ offering heartfelt attention to the spaces that average human scale and stature cause one to forget. A giant amidst his miniature world Brouillette creates fantasy and folly for the miniature in all of us. |
